I’m Beth.

The story begins in 2012.
It was September.
My husband, Dale, and I were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary when Dale gifted me (at my request!) a sewing machine.
I was beyond thrilled.
Shortly thereafter, I began to frequent a local fabric shop. It was in this shop that I met my dear friend Mary, who’s whimsical quilts - full of charm and beautiful hand stitches - stirred within me a love for quilt making that I never knew I had, but one for which I am forever grateful.
As the years passed, I quilted many quilts, mostly for littles.
I also began to dream of a time when I would turn this new love of mine into a full time adventure … one where I’d spend my days making quilts and bedding for the littlest and most precious ones among us.
My dream even had a name —
In 2021, I began taking steps to make fortythreewinks a reality.
I also started to dream of designing my own fabric which led me on a new journey into the world of surface pattern design.
By 2024, I had completed my first 3 collections, Jubilee, Warmly Welcomed and Whimsy, each offering a small glimpse into the heart of fortythreewinks.
In the future, my hope is that fortythreewinks will continue to grow and our mission of “helping littles find rest while chasing their dreams” will further become reality … in our home and yours.
